We can’t wait to be at the Brewer’s Symposium 2023 in Kraków organised by the Polish Association of Craft Breweries.
The symposium is the perfect occasion to meet with professionals in the brewing sector and show them our products for beer production as well as our consulting services. It is also the best way to bring 2023 to a close on a high note.
This year Biochem owner, Cezary Góral, will also participate as a presenter within the programme of the event. He will present the Extracts Project which won the prize “KROK DO SUKCESU” (STEP TO SUCCESS) at the Polish Brewing Congress in Łochów.
The project focuses on the potential of the simultaneous use of both, hop and malt extracts in the production of beer opening endless possibilities for beer producers.
